Mary Ann Spingler
Mary Ann is a Paralegal in the firm’s Estates and Trusts and Real Estate practice areas. She has over two decades of experience in estate administration, estate matters and real estate transactions, title review, and lien and judgment searches. She handles the preparation of wills, trusts and related estate planning documents, and also oversees the administration of large and small estates from inception through the closing. She also handles residential and commercial real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers.
Mary Ann earned her Associate’s degree in paralegal studies in 2000. Prior to joining Blair Law Firm, PLLC, she worked in the legal industry in the Syracuse and Auburn areas. She is a Notary Public, resides with her husband and children in Weedsport, and enjoys traveling and riding her motorcycle.
